Guesthouse in Arima

by søt

This guesthouse in Arima, Japan is a renovation project by UZU Architects. The house was built after World War II and is now used as a two-storey house located in an old hot spring resort. Normally we’re not really big fans of wooden houses, but this traditional Japanese style looks amazing. It looks great with a minimalistic interior, and combined with the maple tree exterior, it is the ideal place to find peace and quiet.
